But the introduction of Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies offers a slightly altered terpene profile that really allows Gorilla Cookies to stand out from the Gorilla pack!

The answer? For sure, but since she is a large Sativa, there are a couple of things to keep in mind.

This strain can work really well in both indoor and outdoor settings - but the climatic conditions do make a huge difference to the final yield. Gorilla Cookies will flourish in slightly warmer conditions, with temperatures ideally sitting around the 24 to 27 degrees Celsius mark in order to reach peak performance.

She does really well in both organic soil mixes and hydroponic setups. We have tested her with a bunch of substrate options and have found that she really thrives in a soil/coco/perlite mix. As with all strains, Gorilla Cookies produces the biggest yields when grown indoors with a hydroponic routine, but if you want to boost those terpenes to their absolute max then we suggest going the organic route. Growing organically also reduces the amount of work you have to put in and makes the cultivation experience just that little bit easier - especially for novice growers. You can always hit her with some organic (or synthetic) boosters later in the run. Top her twice or three times with outdoor grows to boost the number of budding sites.

When grown indoors, look to keep the humidity levels in check. Gorilla Cookies Fem produces super dense bud formation, which is a huge plus, but it can lead to the dreaded bud rot if the grow room humidity rises above acceptable levels. Look at keeping it around 65% for seedlings, but as soon as veg growth begins you are going to want to drop that down closer to 55%. If you can keep the RH below 50% when flowering formation really kicks in, you'll reduce any chances of mold issues plaguing the grow.

Being Sativa-dominant, expect Gorilla Cookies to grow longer, thinner fan leaves with fingers that rarely touch. This isn't always the case, with some phenos laying a little more on the Indica side of the scale, but this is pretty rare. She's a tall girl, so if you're growing in a tight space we do recommend tying her down or setting up a scrog net to keep her under control.

The buds are usually small to medium-sized, but geez they're dense little SOBs - especially when grown indoors. Sativas usually produce slightly looser buds, but Gorilla Cookies Fem develop thick, heavy nuggets that are as frosty as anything. The buds have a lighter green finish, with the pistils usually ripening into a deep orange.

Aroma-wise, Gorilla Cookies Fem is backed up by some pretty fantastic genetics. She's loud as hell and leans more to the Thin Mints side of the spectrum - with a wonderful earthiness mixed backed up with a fruity touch of berries and citrus.

Starting out with a super minty kick, Gorilla Cookies weed quickly moves into a much more herbal taste. There is a nice berry and almost mango finish, but it's the minty and piney notes that really rule the roost.
